The YMCA itself is great. Lots to offer between classes and the pool. Great and friendly staff when they were open. However, they have continued to charge me after the cancellation of my account. Not to mention that they continued to charge members throughout quarantine without offering alternative services or a chance to put the account on hold. I think there is room for improvement on the administrative end.

I've been a member of this gym for 16 years now. I love this place the people who work here are amazing. the gym is always clean. The staff is very helpful. I started at this gym when I weighed 383 pounds over that time I've taken off 275 pounds and I now compete in bodybuilding my next show is the arnold.
