Cornice is the place to go for any help you need with you Mac. I have spoken to apple multiple times trying to resolve the issue with my MacBook Pro and all I ever got from them was I needed to update my computer. I decided to give Cornice a try and they immediately fixed the issue which need up being a known issue with my model, the best part was even though my computer was out of warranty this issue was covered by a recall that Apple never told me about! Cornice saved me over $500 on the repair of my computer.
