I had surgery here on 11/4/2025. Paid the full amount that was estimated for my cost the day of surgery. After calling multiple times due to my insurance not being billed, it was finally submitted 3 months after surgery. Been contacting the billing office asking when I would get the difference back and no one has called me back. It has been almost 2 months since the insurance paid and still have not gotten my money back or a return call.
Came here today as the designated driver for my husband who was having knee surgery. I utilize a medical alert service dog and prior to surgery was asked to leave the prep room because of him. No one made even a brief attempt to understand ADA accommodations. I didn’t want to cause a scene because it’s already a stressful situation. Having me being separated from my loved one in this non-sterile area is utterly discriminatory. My experience here was just what you would expect. Professional, courteous, respectful and patient. On the day of surgery yes there was a lot of forms to be filled out. The receptionist helped with any questions that I had and explained everything so I completely understood what the forms covered. The team of nurses that worked with my surgeon are great. I have received surgery at this place and the overall experience was positive. Medical team was wonderful and I felt well taken care of. I don't know if the issues the other reviewer had with billing was more because their insurance carrier is lame or truly it was an issue with this place. My insurance sent me a check for what they would cover for the procedures had they been in-network at the time and they accepted the in-network payment. That was it. No issues at all.
The gal at the desk running the phones could use some training in customer service and how to talk to people
