Cornerstone Roofing did a terrific job from start to finish with replacing our roof. I requested 3 free quotes from well-respected roofers and Cornerstone’s was the most prompt and by far the most professional and detailed. And it was considerably less money than the competition. The staff was great at communication throughout the process, including when needing to reschedule due to rain. It seems they have an attitude of "ignore it and it will go away". Cornerstone Roofing (CSR) north of Seattle is not a company I would recommend. I suggest you find a company that will at least return your call/email when you have a problem. My delivery and read receipts from my email verify they received and read my messages.
The quality of the work was fine, customer service was awful.
We had our roof done almost 10 years ago and it’s has been great. They were very helpful with repairing a section after a tree fell last year and were right around the cost of other bids. All of the staff are friendly, courteous, and the workers are skilled craftsmen.
I want to express my sincere thanks to Michael Little for his professionalism and kindness. When my townhouse neighbor hired him from Cornerstone Roofing to fix their blocked vent, Michael graciously fixed mine as well. I truly appreciate his help! Will highly recommend Cornerstone Roofing to my neighbors for the strong ownership!
