Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is my 2nd time to have a knee replacement.

The staff and nurses in the outpatient made me feel very welcome. There are two recommendations that I would suggest: 1. a more comfortable waiting room for patients waiting to go in and the people waiting to take them home. The chairs in there are very uncomfortable. 2. A private room where the Dr. can visit with the person accompanying the patient to talk with this person about the patient and info on the patient after procedure.
