I've live in rentals my entire lifetime, from birth, in multiple states and countries. So far, my family and I have lived in a townhouse unit at a property Cornerstone manages for almost 3 years. Cornerstone does a good job at our property at least, definitely top 3 I've ever lived with. It's an old property with no amenities, which suits our family just fine. It is hard to decide on what rating to give this company. In general, while I was renting, they were professional and courteous. However, my apartment did have some persistent problems. After I moved out, they claimed several costs for cleaning and repair that I thought were due to problems with the apartment---specifically, that it had poor ventilation and a black mold problem.
