Started as a Tenant, now I'm an Owner. When I was a Tenant, Elizabeth (Liz) Van Vleet was my property manager. When we toured the home she was very knowledgeable about the property and all the ins and outs of what was included, what we had to take care of ourselves. She was very helpful and informative during the application process, keeping us updated each step of the way. When we moved in the range hood didn't work. These people are just scammers, they impose unjustified charges when your contract ends in order to keep the entire initial payment. Plus all the mistreatments received. They're extremely strict with properties and constantly spy on you; they're not very reliable. Never again.. be careful. The house became unstable due to broken pipes and dangerous black mold. been trying to contact this company for a few weeks, maybe a month now about possible rentals. I cannot get a real person on the phone ... its just a loop of "push 1 for .. push 2 for ..." etc... When you contact them via a listing on Zillow ... they send you a link that doesnt work and sends you to google ... but you can't actually let them know, because they don't answer the phone and only send this link on zillow. Thanks so much ... for nothing.
