I love this place!
I was trying to move into another building with cornerstone after I was approved to do so and they wanted to trap me into a technicality of my old lease to pay a higher month to month premium instead of keeping me as a long term on time paying customer and allowing me to move. I’m still upset that we could not come to an agreement and I wasn’t able to talk to anybody meaningful about the situation. I now have a new management company.

Started as a Tenant, now I'm an Owner. When I was a Tenant, Elizabeth (Liz) Van Vleet was my property manager. When we toured the home she was very knowledgeable about the property and all the ins and outs of what was included, what we had to take care of ourselves. These people are just scammers, they impose unjustified charges when your contract ends in order to keep the entire initial payment. Plus all the mistreatments received. They're extremely strict with properties and constantly spy on you; they're not very reliable. Never again.. be careful. The house became unstable due to broken pipes and dangerous black mold.
