The worst ever!!!!!
I 1000% would not recommend renting through this company! Please read: So I rented through cornerstone property services for TWO years!! Recently just ended my lease with them due to someone buying the condo I was residing in. Upon move out, I cleaned the property really good, and I even scrubbed the walls. I took pictures and videos, the property literally looked exactly how it did when I moved in, besides one broken door. A company that focuses on profits at the expense of customer service! If you call them, the wait times are long, and after a 20 minute wait you get an automated message to leave your name and phone number and they'll call you back. But they never call you back! And they don't list an email address so you can contact them that way. And their Contact Us page errors out. Their website is an exact replication of their service ethic.
They manage sec. 8 housing and are known for their discriminatiry practices amongst the tenants. Poor quality management. They refused to clean up human Biohazardous waste on the property and refuse to inform me of their agent for service if legal process
