The apartments & bedrooms in this building are nice & close to campus, with a parking lot for tenants. However I wouldn’t recommend these apartments for college students, but if you are planning to sign a lease here just be careful. The washer and dryers don’t work well & the dryers especially leave your clothes wet (there is a laundromat down the street on groton that i would recommend). Do not expect your security deposit back though, the landlord is shady & to make a dispute with what you get back you must return to cortl... read more
