Never going back. Not one friendly, professional employee on the night clinic staff.
My kids have been going to Dr Akin since they were babies he's an amazing Dr the staff is friendly and they get to know their patients thank u all for taking care of my kids love Michael Christian Liliana Kat and Karli
Yesterday was our first visit,I loved how they jumped on everything,labs,making appointments with specialist,great job!
I'm tired of this Dr. And especially his staff. They don't know how to do their job and so unorganized, before Dr. Akin would actually care about his patients, now he doesn't. I have alsways had problems with him and i was being patience but just got tired of it and he also charges for every little thing. They usually open the clinic at 8:30 am and my daughter's appointment was at 8:40 am and that was the time they opened the clinic and I wasn't called until 9:35 and wasn't seen until 10:30. Called this morning for a afternoon appointment today I was told to come in. i waited 35 minutes in my room no one came to check on us to let us know whats going on. I finally went to the desk and asked how much longer they told me 45-50 more minutes. So you would of had me sitting in a room for 85 minutes and not say a word to me. So i walked out with my daughter and contacted the office manager I placed the call at 3:15pm and its 3:53pm and I'm still on hold waiting for her to get on the line. Love this office,Dr akin is great with my boys,and now with my grandbabies,I'm very happy here,although I really miss the in house pharmacy. And of course angel is awesome, thank u all so much
