Mark Rufledt was our rock star in a very difficult situation. Lets just say the seller of the home we were buying was not prepared for closing and was having some difficulties. Mark was great with communication, made the process as smooth as possible for us, and went above and beyond. Even after the sale, Mark has kept in touch via email and given tips on what the market is doing and if it is a good time to refinance.
