Kristy VanLanen was very deceptive with me during our time working with her. She gave us a pre-approval letter under false pretenses and conditions she NEVER told us about. Then as we are doing the paperwork to close on the house, she hits us with "Can you advise what day you are selling your NC home? Can you also get me the contact information for the title company you are using for that transaction as we will need to get proof of the closing."
