Lived at Edgewood apartments about a year ago when it was still under cornerstone management and never received my security deposit back nor a document stating why my deposit was withheld. In Minnesota you’re supposed to get your deposit back within 21 days. Tried contacting multiple times but was always met with “we’ll look into it and call you back” then never get a call back. Don’t live under any properties managed by Cornerstone if you want your security deposit back.
This company does not pay its bills or answer the phone ever. I would suggest not doing business with them and would think twice before putting a loved one in one of their facilities President Primary Products Company
Cornerstone took over our assisted living facilities. Basic bills were never paid. Properties not maintained. Employees underpaid. The employees that came with Cornerstone had no idea about Healthcare and how things work which resulted in state citations on multiple levels and previous employees who knew all the ins and outs got treated like trash. Do not work with this management company!!!!
The facility is filthy. The residents need new clothing. They are fed poorly. The staff is overwhelmed and mismanaged. The medications come up missing. Medication is not given on time. In the evening there is one person for 2 buildings of elderly, dementia, special needs, disabled clients. I've been there and a person's call button has gone off for 30 minutes. Staff was in the other building. The staff does the best they can they care but they are not trained or managed properly.
I used to work for them and was hurt on the job and refused to compensate me. I would never recommend anyone put their loved ones in their care. They have aids who verbally abuse the residents as well as leave them in dirty diapers. Also the 3 rd shift workers sleep on duty . Workers are not held accountable for patients dying in their care...smh
