I needed a place at the last minute and found this hidden jewel in foley! The lady at the front desk welcomed me with open arms, booking was quick and easy. I stayed for a week and beds were comfortable, the room was clean and very quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeper was superior. If I come back to foley I will stay again 100/100 loved it there :)
The management team was rude upon inquiry for items that should have been supplied during my stay there but was cut short due to an infestation of bed bugs, poor plumbing and mold in the bathroom and around the AC. In addition, upon arrival back home. I noticed that I was missing some personal items from my suitcase. When I followed up with an complaint about my missing items. Stayed here for a while, not a bad place, but I ran into some financial issues and I talked to the people that worked there / the GM and they were kinda crappy about it but help me out a little bit and when I asked for my deposit back even though my room was not destroyed or anything of the nature the GM said since I was late on my room payment, I don’t get my deposit back that’s not OK. Very nice and clean as can be!!!!! Great stay very quiet and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. The place is so cute and decorated all over which is just so nice to see for the Halloween season. We came from Nashville and out of the other hotels we went and looked in the rooms of whew let me say this was extremely the best hotel also with amenities. Not one thing was dirty which is just so nice to not have to worry about ...it had new sheets and clean bathrooms from top to bottom clean kitchen area everything ... read more
The property was clean and quiet. The service rep Amanda was also amazing and helped us with any and all questions we had. I will definitely stay again in my travels.
