Amanda and Mark are great, friendly people. Seth at the office was kind and friendly. All around a great place with kind friendly people. All questions were answered and if we needed anything All we had to do was ask. Very nice and clean rooms. Very convenient to all stores and food places.
Family of 4 in town for a 4 day ball tournament. 5 & 6 year olds ate on the bed bc there was no kitchen/bar chair nor table for them to eat on. Clerk was on video call with her "general manager" claimed "blood" on the sheets when we explained to her it was ketchup from the food. Claimed towels were stained and ruined from dirt washed off from being at the ball fields all day. Refused to give us our deposit back bc of "damaged property." Discriminated Against for Having a Service Dog – Know Your Rights! I came here hoping for a safe, affordable place to stay with my fully trained ADA-protected service dog and was immediately hit with a $100 “pet fee.” I explained this was a medical necessity—not a pet—and referenced the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits charging extra fees for service animals.
