Love the doctors here but every time we leave the office my child gets sick after routine check-ups. They definitely need to take more time to properly clean the rooms between appointments. Probably going to find a different office. Overall cleanliness 0 out of 5.
This 5 star rating is specifically for Shawn. There have been many calls between us for medication refills and most recently a global referral request. He is ALWAYS so very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could speak to him every time I call. My children have been at this office for over 14 years and he is by far the best staff member taking calls in my experience. Hopefully they never let him go!
From the front desk staff, assistants, and doctor, they are all extremely rude and unprofessional, in my opinion. My 3-year-old is traumatized from this practice, and it was our first time. Upon check-in, I got attitude. The doctor didn’t listen to my concerns at all and totally blew everything off. All she was concerned about was shots, and that’s all this practice seems to care about—shots.
