Dr. Arens is wonderful! He has been both of my children's doctor since they were born. The staff are also super nice and helpful. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else.
Even if they see your kids 5 times the one doctor will always say nice to meet you. She acts like she's on something every single time and is spaced out. They are rude here especially reception and might be a tad racist this goes for both locations.. very unpleasant experience every time, we dreaded going here. glad I switched docs do not recommend, lack of care, compassion, and moral values is what your child will receive. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Love my kids dr. HATE the office staff. they are rude and unhelpful. you will wait on hold 10+ minutes to talk to someone. you can't make appointments online the only way is by calling. Hours are bad as well. if you need a well visit appt they ONLY see them till 3:15pm so only when kids are in school they expect you to take them put of school for a well visit. I'm probably switching becuase of how much I hate making appt and and dealing with the office staff. the Dr.'s are great though.
