Cornerstone conducted an inspection for me last month they were prompt in response, in scheduling the inspection and in generating the report, just a day or two between each. The review convinced us we didn't want the property, which was tough because we thought we did want it - but the facts were all there: undisclosed tanks in a crawl space, floor joists so rotten you could push a screwdriver right into the wood, and questionable plumbing and heating systems. Garet is an extremely thorough inspector. His reports are very detailed and concise. He truly knows his stuff. I have asked him to inspect two separate properties that we considered purchasing. He agreed to inspect the first property on very short notice (the next day!) as I was going out of town and wanted to be there for the inspection. He showed up right on time and was ready to go the next morning. Unbelievable. Garet was incredibly thorough and worth every penny. We purchased a former model home in 2007 and Garet found many issues, one being that the trusses were not up to code. The builder fixed the issues and the home passed inspection. We recently sold the home and thanks to Garet, there weren't any surprises. He is truly an amazing home inspector.
