Kirk is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of a home. He can ensure your home purchase by making sure your not paying too much in case there is work needed to be done. He also does follow up inspections so that you have peace of mind knowing the contractors work is complete and up to standards. I refer all my friends out to him.
As far as home inspections go, Kirk is the best. Most detailed and knowledgeable of all home inspectors I have known. He explains everything out in easy to understand terms. Super easy to work with and worth the small investment for a home inspection.
