Our business has been leasing space at Water Tower Square for 4 years now, and it's been a great experience overall. The team is prompt and courteous in resolving maintenance issues, and asking if there's anything else we need. The Cornerstone team has always been flexible on meeting our needs as a tenant. The location is great, walking distance to the Big Four Bridge and restaurants. Great parking for Thunder Over Louisville is always a plus.

I have been a tenant since 20019. Cornerstone Group has been the best landlord I’ve ever had. Through the years, our business has grown; and Cornerstone Group has been able to accommodate our needs, providing additional office space, work space, and warehouse space. Aesthetically speaking, the landscaping is always well taken care of, the buildings are well maintained, and the parking lots are in good condition.
