Great community with a variety of class times lead by great coaches. Workouts are approachable for all levels as there are lots of scaling options.
Don’t walk - run to this community! All of the coaches are top-notch and ensures athletes feel seen during their visit and heard when goals or concerns are vocalized. Since my partner and I began in February, Coach Vince’s skills training has been uplifting and filled with various techniques to recruit the right muscles. Knowledgeable and encouraging coaches, more than just CrossFit. Multiple scaling options for all skill sets. The gym fosters a great supportive community. Large gym, always clean, and ownership is always bringing in new equipment.
Very fun and supportive community within owners, coaches, and members. Large workout space, lots of options for group exercise throughout the day, and accommodating to all levels from beginners through competitive athletes.
