Been with them for about 10yrs and will continue to stay with them. They won’t drop you if you have an accident like a lot of insurance companies will or rase your rates because of it.. I’ve had 2 accidents since I have been with them they paid out both times and didn’t bat an eye over it. Neither of them were my fault. But they still paid for them and paid what the other insurance company wouldn’t pay..
10/10 Best experience I’ve ever encountered! Unfortunately I was dealing with a total loss but my adjuster, Dillon Lee, was amazing. I never had to worry about what was going on. He was on top of it to make sure I was taken care of and well informed throughout the entire process! Great job if I could give 10 stars I would!
Agents are helpful and easy to work with, I give them a 5*. The app on the other hand can be a bit frustrating . But an all-round great company, I've been with them for 10 ? 12yrs. Low due strictly to the App.
As a customer of 7+ years, I find myself scavenger hunting to be able to utilize my insurance I've paid for from DAY ONE! ABSOLUTELY NOONE at the customer service number wants to provide insight on how to utilize services they charge you for nor do they take a moment to actually listen to your question prior to declining to assist! They'll take your money for many claim free periods and roadside packages, yet are oblivious to actually providing the assistance they advertise as part of your plan though!
