I called earlier to have my prescription refilled. Carla was the one who answered my call and started yelling, pretending she couldn't hear me. I called three times, the third call was answered by Felicia, she is very professional and polite. Carla, Allyssa were the ones who were very rude. I seriously believe that they should pay attention to this since they can lose clients because of them. Initially I was very pleased with this practice and the providers. Unfortunately, staffing changes resulted in what I felt was a poorer level of care with providers that were not up to the quality standards I expect. Dr. Wellborn has minimal involvement in the practice and the majority of care is provided by physician's assistants and nurse practitioners. I work at a dctors office and I called to aide a mutual patient in continuation of care and the front office staff had an attitude. I got cut off and put on hold twice and the staff couldn't even answer a simple questions about medical records they had to get a "supervisor" on the line with in 2 minutes of the call. Prior to my phone call they didn't even help the patient who physically went in to the establishment asking for help.
