Called for an urgent sickness for my son, he ended up having strep throat. I followed the prompt to leave a message and text message and no called or responded until 4 days later with a “No”???? What is that LOL!? Very unprofessional. Ascension St. Vincent Urgent Care, a few minutes away, DID answer and got us in lickity split. They had labs on site it was less than 5 minute wait for the positive strep swab test, and we had our antibiotics within an hour of reaching out to them initially.
