A lot of people seem to have a bone to pick with the receptionist - Jo? I think that's her name. Don't know if it's the same person most people are talking about here, but she follows the trend - she's rude. She started off pretty nice until at one point in the conversation she cut me off, saying "Okay, this is ridiculous. It's YOUR responsibility to know.". (Yes, I'm AWARE it is - I'm not calling for a condescending scolding. I'm here for information on what I can do about my problem. Get off your high horse and maybe onto ... read more

I was referred to Dr. Kim for treatment of hyperhidrosis and recurring skin issues. Unfortunately, the consultation was incredibly disappointing. For both concerns, he simply handed me generic information sheets — the same ones you can easily find online — and repeatedly said, “That makes sense, doesn’t it?” For hyperhidrosis, he told me to buy a device off Amazon but couldn’t recommend a specific one. For my skin issues, he offered no examination, no treatment plan — just vague advice to take antibiotics when symptoms flare... read more

I saw Dr Kim a couple of times with my main concern being an allergic rash on my lips. He insisted, without doing any tests, that I had a skin picking disorder and needed to see a psychologist because I "had experienced trauma". He refused to accept when I said that this wasn't the case. After this I went to another dermatologist who confirmed it was an allergy and prescribed a cream that fixed it. I wish I'd seen him first--instead I wasted time and money on Dr Kim being told the rash was all my fault.

10 September at 9:45am This morning I made a phone call. My goodness such a rude response from front desk. I called the Practice, enquiring if it was possible to have a script reprinted and explained that I’d misplaced the original due to moving house. I wasn’t asking for anything further at this stage. Although, the response was snapped “we don’t have a script for you”. I explained again that I wondered if I could come by and collect a replacement. My original copy is unfortunately somewhere in a lockup garage. Quite sternl... read more

I never even got to see Dr. Shiva Baghaei because the receptionist was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, her attitude was completely unacceptable. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel like an inconvenience. The reception area was so uncomfortable that I left without completing my appointment. No patient should be made to feel this way, especially in a medical setting where people are often already feeling vulnerable. The clinic needs to seriously address their front desk staff's cus... read more
