After seeing my GP for a suspect mark on my skin, I just called to make an appointment and after letting the receptionist know I had a referral she sighed and said "Congratulations". She was incredibly rude. It was very insensitive to say that to someone who is referred to a Dr for possible skin cancer.
Have had good experiences with Dr Kim over multiple visits however, when calling today to request a copy of previous results, the receptionist was exceptionally rude and un professional. I’ve seen Dr Kim a number of times now for my annual skin cancer check. I find the whole experience professional & efficient. The receptionist Jo and the nurse are easy going & personable. I am quite anxious about medical facilities in general but Dr Kim makes me feel comfortable and we chat through the examination. Based on my experiences, I would recommend Dr Kim.
I would NOT recommend Dr Kim to anyone. I took my son to the clinic as he is suffering with severe acne. Dr Kim put him on Octane and when my son experienced severe reactions to the Vitamin A in this product he wasn’t the slightest bit interested. I explained how my son’s face and eyes swelled up on this medication and that I had him in the hospital due to the swelling.
