I called about a toothache at 8:30 Monday morning. By 9:30 an appointment was scheduled for 11:30, 2 hours later. In less than an hour, I was called to ask if I would like to come in at that time due to a cancelation. That was very attentive to my immediate needs and I did not have to wait a minute when I arrived to be treated. Arriving in Anderson about the same time as Dr. Dale Hardy opened his practice, I have had the opportunity and privilege to get to know him and his staff over the years. It is a pleasure as (un)pleasurable it is sometimes to go to a Dentist, to have a staff as attentive and reactive to all my needs.
