Charlie and Dr. Hardy (and Jessica?) put my 6 month smile braces on and made the whole experience easy for me. I was nervous anticipating having the brackets and wires put on, but they quickly put e at ease. Sheila at the front desk made me feel "special" when she told me about her experiences with "puffy lips" without injections while she had her braces!
