*Intimidation/scare tactics-questionable billing practices, that is my opinion after our interaction with the practice manager. Took my father-in-law there who has dementia and has suffered three strokes. Bill paid in full the day (June) we were there. I have been very hesitant to write this, but after seeing several other complaints, I feel that it is necessary to save others from the trouble that I have experienced. I, too, had work done that was not necessary, but did not know this until after switching dentists. I had a simple crown put on and it took over 45 days for the crown to come in. After the 10 days they told me it would take for my permanent one to come in, I called EVERY OTHER DAY and they avoided my calls and did not return a single one for 45 days!!! I was ... read more
Rude as they come horrible experience felt that they were upset that I was there to get a cleaning horrible people skills. Infection waiting to happen if you scummy insurance sends you here pay to go somewhere else. My scummy insurance sent me here this place sucks and the staff sucks
If I could give 0 stars I would. First, the Office Manager is indeed rude and unprofessional. If you question anything she takes offense, cops an attitude to try and show you she has control over the situation, and does not care. As far as Dr. McDonald, he said I needed a post for the crown after my root canal which was not needed at all. I wish I could give then zero stars. Beware of positive reviews as I have a sneaky suspicion they were done bys staff and family members. They literally stole money from my credit card information. You didn't misread that. I wad shocked to say the least. If you must go pay in cash, get a receipt, and record the entire interaction. The dental work was subpar as well. The office manager is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She ate in front of me and when I commented on it started yelling at me in front of my children. They overcharge by double what the next dentist I went to.
I had an awfull experience in this place , I took my 11 year old boy , and the Dr is a very rude person , on top of that I recieved a letter from a collection agency for the services I already paid for, very unprofessional sending a patient to a collection agengy without even giving you a call . The assistant was very nice fixing the problem , but not coming back or recommending anyone to this place
