Cornerstone is a Horrible Community Management Company. Each and every time I call, email or write to their managers they never do anything for the homeowners. The "Property Managers" obfuscate, delay, deny and absolutely take no responsibility for the Homeowners property in Lincoln Village HOA in San Jose.
The unenviable position of doing what you are supposed to do, while possessing knowledge that you can never make everyone happy. Thus is the life of an association management company, and indicative of a wide variance in reviews. At times the clearest picture is in the form of an analogy. There will always be those who lament an encounter with a police officer, trip to the dentist, or visit with your tax person. Do not sign this company up to manage your community. They behave as if they are employees of a chosen few, even though all residents pay for their services. I suppose it must be quite enough if they keep those few folks happy. They lack basic professional skills and don't even bother to respond to others if they don't feel like it - never mind that those people have a right to ask questions and get answers.
