STAY THE HELL AWAY!!! I should have posted this in 2021, but never too late. After looking at the Estancia model 3 home. Decided to purchase a new construction with wine cellar. The model looked exceptional and well built, until our house started construction. Everything was contracted out, first red flag. My experience with cornerstone especially the service department was outstanding. As a military service member with an unpredictable schedule they work around me to preform all necessary repairs. I would strongly recommend cornerstone warranty repair department and for your needs.
My husband and I bought a home with Cornerstone Communities in December 2020 and closed escrow on our home in May 2021. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pam in the sales office was a pleasure to work with and made the purchase process fun and exciting.
