Honestly I hurt badly from my neck & upper back. Dr. Chris couldn't touch me 2wks ago without me jumping out of my skin. I was walking while looking down. I had to lay on my side when he was letting me know what he was gonna do. When we finally got to the point where he could adjust my neck & my back. I now walk with my head up. My upper back the pains are almost gone & I will continue to use them until I move away again. Thank you Dr. Chris for making me feel comfortable & knowing now my body is healing.
