I was late for my son’s appointment yesterday as he did not want to cooperate in anything I wanted to do. I called to tell them I was late and asked if I needed to reschedule and they assured me I could come on in. They were incredibly friendly and attempted to be helpful as I tried to bring my 3.5yo frantic octopus inside. They were very gentle and calm while trying to polish my child’s teeth as he flailed about and cried. Dr. Paul and his staff are so amazing!! My son is 5.5 and has sensory issues. Everyone is so patient and kind with him! They spent time talking to him to make him comfortable and took their time when he was melting down. I highly recommend Dr. Paul and his staff!
