I worked at Cornerstone Caregiving for nearly two years, and in the beginning, I genuinely loved my job. I worked at Cornerstone Caregiving for about two years, and in the beginning, I truly loved it. The work was meaningful, and when Kaitlin was the manager, things were well-run and supportive. After she left, my experience changed significantly. Communication became poor, and the work environment felt uncomfortable at times. In one staff meeting, the new supervisor singled me out for not having a CNA license, even though in-home caregiving is non-medical and does not require one. That felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Katlin has been such a gem to work with at Cornerstone. I love that when I send residents her way, I am confident they will get a personalized experience. They do what they can to ensure the same caregivers are coming as often as possible to promote a comfortable and personal experience. Such a simple but meaningful touch when it comes to taking care of loved ones. Highly recommend!
