Clients and families are well taken care of here. If you are considering this place for employment be cautious. Unfortunately, management is a serious issue. They do not show respect or understanding toward employees. Taking time off is extremely difficult, and if you do, they may threaten to contact your doctor to “verify” your appointment, which is a violation of HIPAA. Just wanted to leave a review of appreciation. Cornerstone Caregiving has been providing my parents with excellent care in their home. One caregiver in particular, Alicia, has consistently went over and above to make sure that my parents are cared for And comfortable.Alicia has shown genuine care and concern, went out of her way to prepare special meals, clean the house inside and outside, but most important has built relationships with my parents. Our family loves her, and we are very appreciative for the care she provides.
We recently had to arrange home healthcare very quickly when we learned on a Friday that our family member might be coming home the next day. It was an overwhelming and stressful moment, but Kaylea went above and beyond—she called me at 7:30 PM that evening to make sure everything was set up so that care would already be in place when our loved one came home on Saturday. Cornerstone and the caregivers (Alicia, David, Richard, Ash, Sage) who have been taking care of Mom have been exceptional. It is nerve wracking to let stranger into your home to take care of your mother, but Cornerstone has been the easiest part of a life-changing medical event in our family.
