I have worked with Brett and his team for almost 6 months now and can say this is the BEST job I have ever had. Him and his team truly care about the health and well being of not only the clients but the caregivers. They go above and beyond when it comes to in home caregiving.
This place charges $33 am hour and their caregivers can't even tell when someone is covered in poop. I came back from a family holiday to find my elderly mother covered in poop along with her bathroom and bedroom and the caregiver didn't even notice any of it. I smelled it the second I walked in the door. When we informed whoever is in charge there was no apology no concern and no offer of a refund for that day. Completely unacceptable
