DEPLORABLE! My husband is a veteran and this company has a contract with the VA. He had a major back surgery in June at a Bozeman hospital. Over the 4 weeks they were here we had 11 people. No continuity. All he needed was help with showering, getting dressed and a short walk down the street after 1 week. It was just okay. With the left over time allotted they were to do light housekeeping. We needed sweeping/washing kitchen and bathroom floors, cleaning the bathroom and his laundry if needed. Absolutely do not use this service. Use any other care service in town. Response to owner: *due, I am glad you have not lost customers due to your unwillingness to train workers before sending them into situations where they need training. I am also glad you have not lost customers due to hiring people without experience and expecting them to do the incredibly hard task of providing care.
