Love working for a company that goes by my schedule to work. Very polite office staff.. They make you feel appreciated and important just as much as the clients.
I had a last minute need for transportation for emergency surgery. Cornerstone found the help I needed as well as adjusting when the circumstances changed. They were pleasant, caring and helpful, always easy to work with. I am forever grateful! Thank you so much for saving me.
The only criticism I might have is there needs to be a more consistent schedule and not continuing to change the schedule. Have better communication between the agency and the clients and the caregivers.
I have worked for Cornerstone Caregiving for just over 6 months. The care and support I have received during my time working for the Traverse City location is unparalleled. The respect the team has for the clients and staff is phenomenal. I always feel appreciated and supported by all staff. I have worked for several really good agencies over the years, Cornerstone is by far the best.
