Great inspection at a very reasonable price. I needed an inspection quickly and Dave was responsive and able to get me scheduled immediately. He was very thorough during the inspection and was good at explaining everything he found. We discussed different types of testing and he was straightforward and honest about what tests I needed. Highly recommend!
