Cornerstone HOA is TERRIBLE . My community used to be managed by this company. I reported a violation of a neighbor who had a refrigerator in their front yard for over 3 weeks. My HOA was less than helpful in getting this removed though it was certainly an HOA violation as well as a safety concern for the children that live in my community. We are 7 months new to our house and never once heard about when hoa fees were due. No notifications or anything. Then instead of sending us ANY other heads up, our neighborhood told us about it. So we had to call the hoa about it. They told us the dues and we submitted payment that day, no late fee. Well, a week later they sent us a collections letter with late fee. Just received a letter stating that my dog tore several holes in our connecting rear fence. What actually happened was my dog dug under the fence. The HOA now wants the fence replaced within 10 days. I told the neighbor I would place retaining stones this weekend. The letter was dated on the same day it happened, on the holiday. Took pics of the holes, as the fence is raised with only dirt separating our yards, too easy for our lab to dig. Placing retaining stones the entire length, but not replacing an undamaged fence.
