There’s no way the valuation this guy gave on my house was even accurate. I don’t think they have the speciality for anything beyond a 2 story reg home. Don’t trust at all.

In my opinion, this is not a good company to use for any of your appraisal needs. Mr Ken Noble was Very unprofessional and Very inconsiderate. He was rude and after asking him to readjust his dates so we can both come to a day that fits both of us, he was quick to suggest otherwise and wanted to force a day that I was not comfortable with and really did not work for me!
