DO NOT RENT HERE! We were there for 1 year and it was the worse ever we didn’t have pets and my apartment was always full of dogs hairs I would sweep and mop every day I would still wake up with allergies..and the AC would smelled like old hotel.. We didn’t have small kids either so when we left nothing was destroyed or left trash behind They kept our 300.00 deposit and still want 60 some dollars more because supposedly it needed to be clean .. the cleaning fees are ridiculous! The place is beautiful . That's where the good stops even for some one who has lived there for 7+ years . I work in Refugio during the week and my wife lives there with her mother well came in town this weekend to visit my wife I take her down to the pool get her in the pool run outside the front office to grab our pizza from the delivery guy come back in to cops in my face saying we had to leave . The perimeter is not very secured. Homeless people can come in there.
Great place to live. It's safe and secure, people are friendly. Apartments are well laid out and homey.♡
