Had an appraiser named Rhonda Johnson from this Agency appraise our country home for a refi. It was appraised at $335k 2 years ago. We have only made even more improvements since then and as of today home prices are at all time record high. Her appraisal came back at $285k. That’s $50k less than 2 years ago. Which is ridiculous!! I could have our property sold within a week at $375k easily. She cost us our refi.
