Great place to hang when the kids are away. Try the garlic cheese bread and the wings.
The corner pocket is probably the cleanest, classiest bar in this entire area. no one else can touch it. the service is great. the people are friendly and the food is amazing. Try the wings. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
We were all looking forward to going to this bar, but then their security guard couldn't even tell a real Alaskan ID and had all the proof in his wallet and on his person but still didn't get to even have a beer for his last day here. Just ridiculous. Really rude about it too! Whatever! Not goin to this place again
I've worked as a bouncer, bar back, bartender and waiter at Hogshead Brewpub, Futons Prime Rib & Popeye's in Old Sacramento, Monterey Brewing Company, Doubletree Hotel & Aldo's in Monterey, Coyote Springs Brewing Company in Phoenix Arizona and Pistol Pete's in Auburn. Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. Trying to get a farewell drink with our friend from Alaska and your "security guard" claims his Alaskan drivers license is FAKE!! Mind you..he is wearing an Alaskan railroad sweater, all of his cards are from Alaska with his NAME on them, owns his own business, which has WAY better ratings than your bar, and mind you he is the oldest and tallest out of all of us! Lol had to offset some of the hate beer seems a little flat every time i come but everything else is great
New years. Drinks were weak. First bloody Mary was good then after that they sucked. Slow service. Wrong drinks. I may go back when it's slower. Bartenders were rude. Being busy is no excuse to be rude to customers.
