Have dealt with, UNSUCCESSFULLY, the store in Apple valley. This last time after over 24 minutes of phone (and mostly HOLD time) found we were no closer to obtaining the Cpap machine we found my husband needs , than the very first contact made to them on Nov. 21st by his doctor’s office. Could not give a real authentic rating for their customer service because there is no area for a “below zero” category.
