Dr. Gordon, Dr. Myrbe and there teams are great!!!! The office looks beautiful and is very serene. Always feel very welcomed and love their patient first attitude. Always nice to visit.
Scheduled a new patient appointment for my boyfriend whom has braces. I specifically told the girl scheduling the appointment he's coming in for a CLEANING. She said that's fine, it would be $59 for the evaluation and X-rays and CLEANING. Mind you, we received a flyer said that exactly. He comes in, 2 hours later he comes out with no CLEANING, an estimate of $1000 for fillings he does not need and other pointless procedures he does not need because Dr. Marrero literally thought she could finesse him. I love Dr. Marrero. She is a delight and if you're feeling the least bit nervous her sense of humor will put you right at ease. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences here. The front office staff is always pleasant and my hygienist, Jessica, is a sweetheart. The office is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I'll be a patient for a very long time.
I first went to Family Dental for an urgent problem. I had no dentist in FL and CLFD had a flyer that I saw.. It was a Sat. and I called to see if they were open. They were not, but someone did answer the phone and gave me an apt for Mon. AM. The news was not good and proceeded to get even worse ...but Dr Marrero was very patient and explained my options.
