Been going there for 20 years always helpfull does get busy tho
Lovely Doctor (Dr Patel) but the administration / time management is woeful. Have waited over an hour for 2 recent appointments.
So can you not take children to the drs anymore? I honestly feel like I just had the worst experience. I’m pregnant so maybe just extra emotional 🤷🏼♀️ but called the drs this morning to book my son in, 9:30am appt no worries. Filled the online form out, just general questions with his symptoms asthma, cough. Answered all covid related questions, we’ve all had it a fair while ago, haven’t been near anyone or travelled raaa ra ra. I have been a Patient of Dr Patel for over fifty years. Even when living in the country I have made a point of attending him sometimes it has been after an emergency, for a check up. My children still attend him as do some of my Grand children plus a great grand son from birth. It pays to remain in care of the same Doctor. When younger & working in our family business, I often suffered with Migraine Headaches caused from stress.
