Picked up a new CPAP machine the other day and was very pleased with how little time it took. Casey, the RT who took care of me had everything set up and ready. This is my third CPAP machine so I am familiar with them and I was not treated like a “new” user, I was treated with respect and she made the whole process of going over the machine quite painless and quick. I really appreciate the help I received from Lindsey in Grand Forks working with the side door (air filter side) of my ResMed CPAP machine. I am only disappointed that the air filter door on the side seems to be an ongoing issue for a significant number of ResMed users, but that is a ResMed issue and a manufacturing issue, not Corner Home Medical. Thank you again Lindsey for assisting me with that issue, as well as the connector for the tube. Very much appreciated. Louise
