Amanda was very helpful and nice. She knew what she was talking about and mentioned several different models for my 83 year old dad. There were photos of wheel chairs and scooters that weren't in stock and how quickly they would arrive if he chose one. He took one that they had and he thinks it's great! I think Amanda went above and beyond to see that my dad was happy.

Staff were great, on the phone and in person. They helped me understand what I needed to solve a CPAP issue while I was traveling. Much appreciated.

I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Lindsey over the phone. I got transferred through to many different people until I finally got someone who is passionate about what she does for a job. She was incredibly kind, patient, and I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me.
