The staff are kind and attentive. The system flows but the dentist and I do not communicate well. This causes great distrust for me...today he suggested I find an alternate dentist. I called for an appointment because of tooth pain he said he sees nothing. I take my elderly patients on Medicaid there and experience the same thing. They complain he discounts them and no progress is made. I came in with a positive attitude following thru on a crown replacement and a teeth whitening. They do a good job. The staff is nice and explain billing real well. The doctor is quick and to the point.
I️ love being a patient here!! The staff is wonderful and really care about their patients. Hannah does a great job cleaning and checking the overall health of my teeth.
