Good food and friendly service
We were able to get a table on upper deck, which was very nice. Quiet. Unfortunately it took 26 minutes for waitress to take our order, because they were also bartender. Then it took 35 minutes for food. My steak was cool and over cooked and veggies cold and sautéed in to much oil Poor staffing upstairs. There need to be a bartender so waitresses can get customers waited on faster.
It’s a great place the atmosphere is always very uplifting. However, we were waiting for probably 35-40 minutes, finally my grandmother went and asked how much longer we’d be waiting and the hostess is just like oh yeah... we can sit you there. 40 minutes, and they forget that there’s tables open?
Twice we’ve gone to the take out window, and twice we’ve been disappointed. The first time I attributed it to new staff. Tonight I ordered, stepped aside to let a gentleman place his order. Within 4-5 minutes my order was ready and sat on a counter in two styrofoam containers. The young man, with long pink hair, who should have been handing out my order was busy messing around (put a rubber glove on a pop can, running around acting like he was going to squirt people with two bottles of mustard, etc.). Fun place to eat and hang out..
With three kids. 4pm. The wait was long but we didn't mind. The food came out though and it was cold. Cold and depressing. Just cold like it had been sitting on a counter for 15 minutes. Cold like leftovers are cold. If I'm going to spend $50 on hot dogs and fries, bring them out hot.
It was busy and we understood we would have a wait. Not a problem. I ordered water with lemon and no lemon came. I asked the girl if I could have lemon she brings it to me in her fingers. Yuck... when we went to pay the waitress brings back 3 different bills she wants me to sign for on our credit card. The manager came out to figure things out and now I end up with a bill of things we never ordered and a big bill. My question to them was how much did you charge my credit card. They could not give me that answer right away. F... read more
