Overpriced, outdated buildings. The window sills fill up with water every time it rains, ensuring everything nearby grows mold.
Their legally signed contracts mean nothing to them... "Maintenance issue? We will check it out within 24 hours... Or you get a month of rent for free" ha! That's a bold faced lie.
