Had to wait over an hour for an appointment. Stood in line outside in the freezing cold. Made sure I was an extra 20 minutes early for our appointment and going on an hour and still haven’t been seen! Total waste of my time!!

Went to have a test done COVID on Dixwell. They need to have a line with sign for scheduled appointment. And walk-in. People didn’t know which line to stand in. To much clues distances. And only one person signing people in. That why it take so long. Get more staff to sign folks in
Staff was professional and courteous...if you need help they will help you.
Funky stinky, crowded , poorly ventilated waiting area. Not enough seats. Half the staff and patients walking around with mask 😷 I’m just here for a follow up. I doubt if the staff would use services there if they were subjected to these conditions!
