On February 18, 2021 I was supposed to have a virtual phone visit with Cecrystal. It is now March 1, 2021. The receptionist even called me to confirm after I confirmed over text message. She didn’t call.. Unprofessional. And this matter is important. No one answers the phone or returns messages. This place is a joke a huge joke. So because of this I have to find a more reliable, professional doctor.
